UDATE REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Spring Walk-In Registration:
Spring walk-in registration information has been posted! Click the flier to the right for a list of all the dates and locations.->
Spring Mail-In Registration:
For the spring season, mail-in registration is also available for a limited time. Starting now and running through January 1, 2009 players have
the option of mailing in their registration.
The registration cost will be $100.00 for players age 7-14
The cost will be $70.00 for players age 5-6
Softstick players (age 5 and under) will be $55.00 per player
This year all players registering will receive raffle tickets equal in value to the cost of registration that can be sold to recoup that cost.
Checks are payable to Overlea Fullerton Recreation Council (OFRC). No refund policy. All returned checks will be assessed a $35.00 cost payable to OFRC (cash, money order, or certified check).
All players will be notified of the first practice by their coach. Players will be placed on teams based on their age as of January 1, 2009.
Please print this form (e-mailed applications will not be accepted), fill it out completely, and mail along with your check and a copy of your child’s birth certificate to:

HEY PROSPECTIVE LACROSSE PLAYERS, did you know that the Overlea Lacrosse Program is the only Lacrosse Program that supplies all of your equipment except for a stick for boys and girls and eye protection for girls.
How does this work? Easy. We loan you the safety equipment and uniforms you need to play and you just give us a check that we hold until you return the equipment and uniform at the end of the season. You bring the equipment back and we don’t cash the check.
So don’t let the cost of equipment keep you from Registering.
